Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Golden Arrow account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, send an email to arrowgame@indipep.com from the email address registered with your account.

Use the subject line Delete My Account and include your account name so we can identify your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your request is processed, we will delete the following data associated with your account, where applicable:

• Your name and email address.
• Gameplay history, including stars, completed levels, and scores.
• Leaderboard entries.
• Other associated personal data, except data that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

Deletion Timeline

We will process your account deletion request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
