How to request deletion of your ArrowMind account and data

You can request permanent deletion of your ArrowMind account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@arrowgame.indipep.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". Include your account name so we can locate it.

What gets deleted

• Your name and email address.
• Your gameplay history, including stars, levels completed, and scores.
• Your leaderboard entries.

Timeline

We will process deletion requests within 7 business days and confirm by email once complete. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
